Ennes Scholarships
Scholarship Sponsored by Ennes Educational Foundation Trust
Each year the Ennes Educational Foundation Trust awards scholarships to students who want to pursue the technical side of broadcasting. These awards can be used for tuition, room and board, textbooks, or for other technical training programs that the Scholarship Committee approves.
Who can apply
- Any eligible individual may apply, including graduating high school seniors.
- Preference is given to members of the Society of Broadcast Engineers (SBE), but SBE membership is not required.

- Harold E. Ennes Scholarship
- Robert D. Greenberg Scholarship
- Gino Ricciardelli Scholarship
- Youth Scholarship (reserved specifically for graduating high school seniors)
Key details you need to know
- To be considered, you must complete and submit the official application.
- In 2026 the Trust expects to award five scholarships of $3,000 each (final number depends on available funds).
- Applicants may receive only one scholarship award per year.
- At the end of the award term (July 1 – June 30), each recipient is expected to submit a 400–500 word technical paper on a broadcast-engineering topic of their choice. Papers may be used in an SBE publication.
