RCD Conservation Scholarship
Scholarship Sponsored by Resource Conservation District of Greater San Diego
The RCD Conservation Scholarship is an annual award for graduating high school seniors who plan to continue their education in resource conservation, environmental science, biology, agriculture, or closely related fields. It’s awarded to students who live within the RCD of Greater San Diego County, and each year up to seven scholarships of $1,000 are given.
Who is eligible:
- You must reside within the RCD of Greater San Diego County.
- You must have completed three years at an accredited high school.
- You should be finishing your fourth year of high school and have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
- You must expect, or already have, a notice of intent to enroll in undergraduate courses related to resource conservation, environmental science, natural resources, agriculture, biology, or a closely related field.
