Chesterfield County Farm Bureau Scholarship Eligibility:
- Must be in good standing at respective school.
- Must have a letter of acceptance from school attending.
- Priority given to students majoring in agriculture related fields, but not limited to these fields.
- One scholarship will be awarded to a student at each of the four public high schools in Chesterfield County, if a suitable applicant is accepted.
- If a suitable applicant is not accepted at each school, the scholarship committee may recommend multiple applicants from schools. (not to exceed 5 total)
- Graduating seniors take precedence over other students, however if no suitable applicant is found, students already pursuing a degree in higher education.
- Applications must be submitted by March 31st accompanied with a copy of transcript, letter of recommendation from agriculture teacher or related teacher, guidance counselor or principal. Essay from applicant.
- The parents or legal guardian must be a member of the Chesterfield County Farm Bureau and live in Chesterfield County.
