Every year, the South Florida Fair & Palm Beach County Expositions, Inc. takes great pride in awarding over $80,000 in scholarships to students who are keen to further their education. Our primary objective is to assist young individuals, especially those who might not have the means, in their pursuit of higher education at an accredited college, university, or trade school.

The 2026 Scholarship Awards Ceremony is scheduled to take place in January on the Deck and Drive Stage.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

The deadline for the application packet to be received by the Fair is Saturday, October 18, 2025, at 11:59 pm. The application form and all additional items must be submitted electronically as a single PDF attachment to an email.

For clarity, please include the form and named additional items as a single PDF attachment. The subject line of the email should read: SFF College Scholarship Application. The attachment should be named in the following format: ScholarshipPacket-LastName-FirstName (for example, ScholarshipPacket-Smith-John). Please send your entries to Scholarships@southfloridafair.com.

Please be aware that incomplete or unsigned packets will be disqualified. Screenshots of the application will not be accepted.

SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS

Ensure that the application form and all additional documents listed below are submitted electronically as a single PDF attachment. The application form can be typed in Acrobat Reader and must be legible if handwritten. Please review all items thoroughly before submitting your application. The application packet must be received no later than Saturday, October 18, 2025, at 11:59 pm and saved in the below format and in the order listed (#1-4).

Subject line: SFF Scholarship Application.

Name the attachment: ScholarshipPacket-LastName-FirstName (for example, ScholarshipPacket-Smith-John).

Email entries to scholarships@southfloridafair.com.

Please arrange the application attachments in the following order:

1. Completed Application Form. Must be signed by the applicant and parent/guardian, or digital signature. Must be legible. Attaching a resume is not acceptable.
2. An essay is required. Those who do not complete the essay will not be eligible for a scholarship. "What are your specific educational plans, career goals and why? What inspires you to achieve them? On your college or trade school application, what will make you stand out differently from your peers?" (200 words or less).
3. Two Letters of Recommendation.
4. High School Transcript.

To be eligible, the student must have completed his/her junior year in high school, be a permanent resident of Florida, and reside in one of the following counties: Broward, Hendry, Martin, Okeechobee, or Palm Beach.
