For more than 35 years, Mrs. Prindables has been making the original Gourmet Caramel Apples and a variety of caramel and chocolate confections. Now we’re turning that tradition of care into a practical way to support the next generation of teachers: the Mrs. Prindables Scholarship for students pursuing a degree in education.
Why this matters
As a teacher, I’ve seen firsthand how one committed educator can change the course of a student’s life. We believe the classroom is where curiosity grows, confidence builds, and futures are shaped. This scholarship exists to encourage students who are ready to step into that important, rewarding work.
Scholarship at a glance
- Amount: $1,000
- Who may apply: Incoming college freshmen or current college students majoring in education
- How to apply: Complete the application form (below), upload your transcript or an acceptance letter, and submit a short statement explaining why you want to be an educator and what you will offer your future students
- Use of funds: Tuition or related educational expenses only
- Payment: A $1,000 check will be made payable directly to your college or university
