Duckett Local Conservation Scholarship
Scholarship Sponsored by Steve Duckett Attorney at Law
Our organization is committed to supporting initiatives that focus on the preservation and management of wildlife and natural resources in our base location of Northern Virginia. We champion causes such as fundraising for the protection of wildlife habitats or assisting in the upkeep of trails in the many state parks of Virginia. We commend those who make a dedicated effort to enhance and conserve our natural environments.
We're honored to offer a scholarship aimed at fostering awareness and stimulating conversation about nature conservation in this digital era. The younger generation is engaging and taking measures on critical matters like Earth's natural resource availability, ecosystem maintenance, species diversity, and environmental functions. We've observed that these young minds are keen on implementing tangible changes and formulating policies that safeguard the generations to come.
The Local Conservation Scholarship will be conferred upon an individual who exhibits outstanding dedication to environmental preservation and stewardship within their community. This scholarship, worth $1,000, is our way of giving back to those who have selflessly invested their time and energy in such noble causes.
