Diller Teen Tikkun Olam Awards

Annually, the esteemed Helen Diller Family Foundation recognizes the commendable efforts of up to 15 Jewish teenagers who are making significant strides in their communities. These young leaders, each awarded $36,000, are addressing substantial challenges ranging from environmental issues to social justice, and from educational accessibility to other pressing matters. Their impact is truly remarkable.
To be considered for this prestigious award, there are certain criteria that applicants or nominees must meet. Firstly, they must be between the ages of 15 and 19 by January 8, 2026. Secondly, they must identify as Jewish and be residents of the United States. Furthermore, their volunteer work should be uncompensated and they should currently be serving in a leadership role on a project or initiative that embodies the values of tikkun olam, a Hebrew phrase meaning 'repairing the world'.
The Helen Diller Family Foundation, which supports programs and institutions both in the Bay Area and globally, places a strong emphasis on education, science, and the arts.
