Path to Pro Scholarship Program
Scholarship Sponsored by Home Depot Foundation
The Home Depot Foundation is dedicated to enhancing the lives and homes of U.S. veterans, training proficient tradespeople to address the labor shortage, and assisting communities affected by natural disasters. The Foundation has committed to investing $50 million in the Path to Pro program, which aims to train the upcoming generation of skilled tradespeople and bridge the opportunity gap.
Our goal is to foster the development of the next generation of leaders in skilled trades by offering scholarships to support further education.
Intended Degree or Certificate Program (Required)
Please indicate the degree or certificate program you intend to pursue:
- Certificate or program related to construction
- Associate’s degree in a construction-related field
- Bachelor’s degree (Not applicable)
- Master’s degree or higher (Not applicable)
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for consideration, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a high school senior, a high school graduate, or possess a GED equivalent.
- Plan to enroll, or be currently enrolled, in a trade-related program approved by an accredited two-year institution (technical/vocational school or college) within the United States.
- Not be an employee or dependent of an employee of The Home Depot. However, employees of The Home Depot and their dependents may apply for a scholarship through The Homer Fund.
- Have a focus on Carpentry, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, or Construction Management.
