Overview
The Arizona Society of CPAs (ASCPA), working with the Arizona CPA Foundation for Education & Innovation, is awarding scholarships to both high school and college students who plan to study accounting. Applications for the 2026 awards are open now and are due February 6, 2026.
Who provides the money
These scholarships are funded by generous contributions from members of the CPA community and administered in coordination with the Arizona CPA Foundation and the Arizona Society of CPAs.
Scholarship categories and amounts
- Public university (Senior & Master’s program): $2,000 awarded to a student at each of the three Arizona public universities
- Arizona State University
- University of Arizona
- Northern Arizona University
- Private university: $2,000 awarded to an accounting major at a private Arizona university
- High school: $1,000 awarded to a student pursuing accounting education in Arizona
How to apply
- For the public university awards, contact your university’s accounting department or scholarship office for the application and details about the selection process.
- For private university and high school scholarships, check with your school’s scholarship office or the ASCPA for application instructions.
- Note the deadline: all 2026 applications must be submitted by February 6, 2026.
