If you work in the footwear industry (part time or full time) and are trying to finish a degree or a vocational certificate, Two Ten offers meaningful help. Their Employee Scholarships provide up to $4,000 per year and can be renewed for up to four years — that’s as much as $16,000 total for a qualified student. What the scholarship covers - Up to $4,000 per year, renewable for up to four years (maximum $16,000 total). - Available for accredited associate or bachelor degree programs, as well as vocational/technical training. - Open to full‑time and part‑time students. Who may apply - You are enrolled in, or plan to enroll in, an accredited associate or bachelor degree program or an accredited vocational/technical training program. (Graduate students are not eligible.) - You are, or are a legal dependent of, someone who is currently employed in the U.S. footwear industry and can document employment in that industry for the past 24 months (part‑ or full‑time). - You can demonstrate financial need. Two Ten is a need‑based program and uses the FAFSA Student Aid Report (SAR) to assess need. Applicants with a Student Aid Index (SAI) below $30,000 are given priority, though selection also considers academic performance and personal character. Selection criteria - Awards are made primarily on financial need, but academic achievement and personal character are also important. - To show financial need, submit your FAFSA and provide the SAR as part of your application. If you meet these points, this scholarship can be a realistic way to reduce education costs while you balance work and study.
