Eligibility for the Summit Physical Therapy Scholarship
To be considered for this scholarship, you must meet all of the following requirements:
1. Be enrolled in a college or university by January 2027.
2. Be enrolled full time by January 2027.
3. Have earned a minimum GPA of 3.0 during your most recent academic year.
4. Be a resident of the United States or Canada.
5. Submit your responses to the essay questions by 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time on the application deadline day.
