- Applicant must be a member of the Order, or have a relative who is a member; the Lodge Secretary must sign the application and affix the Lodge seal to verify membership.
- Use of funds: Tuition, books, transportation, child care, and other educational expenses.
- Payment schedule: Half of the award will be paid prior to enrollment; the second half will be paid after the Foundation receives the student’s transcript for the semester covered by the first installment.
