- Residency/school: You must be a resident of Riverside County and currently enrolled in a Riverside County high school.
- Program intent: You must be enrolled in, or currently applying to, a healthcare-related degree or training program in the Inland Southern California area.
- GPA: Weighted GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Notes from a teacher
- Read the essay rubrics carefully and answer the prompts directly — assessors look for clarity, thoughtfulness, and evidence that you’ve thought through your choice of career and how you’ll use the support.
- Start early on recommendations; give your recommenders the forms and any context they might need about your goals and activities.
If you’d like, I can help you draft your essays or review your application checklist before you submit.
