National Beta Scholarships

Even for students as accomplished as our members, paying for college likely won’t be an easy task. But Beta could be a huge help. In fact, the National Beta Scholarship Program offers over $300,000 in scholarships to outstanding Beta members in their 12th grade year. Over 250 scholarships are awarded each year, ranging in value from $1,000 to $20,000. Incredibly, since 1991, Beta has awarded more than $6 million in scholarships.
WHO CAN WIN AND HOW
- 12th grade students who are active National Beta members are eligible to apply and participate in the scholarship competition.
- Selection of National Beta Scholarship winners is based on a number of factors with special emphasis on academic excellence, demonstrated leadership, commendable character, school and community service, as well as National Beta Involvement.
HOW TO APPLY:
- Beginning November 1, 2023, you may access the National Beta Scholarship application online.
- Enter your National Beta membership identification number and last name to gain access to the application - if you do not have this information, please ask your National Beta Sponsor.
- Complete the application. You are required to submit your high school transcript. A copy of this document must be uploaded directly into your application. Your documentation will be verified for authenticity.
- Submit your completed application by 11:59 pm EST, January 18, 2024
