Who can access the portal
- Current applicants, continuing students, and CRCF committee members can log in to the scholarship portal.

Important dates and deadlines
For students applying this year
- Jan 27 — Portal opens.
- Check email regularly for updates about your application.
- March 11 — Student applications due.
- March 19 — All third‑party recommendations and supporting documents must be submitted before the portal closes.
- By May 30 — CRCF will notify recipients. Scholarship information will be forwarded to students’ schools for announcement at award or graduation ceremonies.
- July 1 — Acceptance form and any required documents due.

For multi‑year scholarship recipients
- July 1 — Submit transcripts and acceptance forms.

For high school juniors
- Plan to apply at the start of your senior year; check the portal again then.

How to apply — recommended steps
1. Review the CRCF scholarship fund list/table and confirm which awards you’re eligible for.
2. Create an account in the scholarship portal.
3. Start the Universal (Common) Application — it covers most CRCF scholarships. Add any separate scholarship applications as needed.
4. Request recommendations and gather documents early so everything is uploaded before the March deadlines.
