Rezvan Foundation Excellence Scholarship

Overview
The Rezvan Foundation awards a renewable scholarship and ongoing mentorship to help cover full tuition — up to $100,000 total across four years — for selected students. We hope each Rezvan Scholar will carry forward the same generosity and commitment Dr. Ahmad Rezvan and his family have modeled.

Who should apply (Eligibility)
To be eligible you must:
- Be a current or former foster youth (this includes students who were orphaned or who were adopted after time in foster care).
- Be a U.S. resident.
- Be currently enrolled in an accredited high school.
- Have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.
- Have applied to one or more accredited four‑year universities.
- Have no disciplinary record (academic or criminal).
Important deadline
- The 2026 application is open now. All materials must be received by March 15, 2026.
Required application materials (submit all items)
Applications with missing components will not be reviewed. Make sure to include:
- Completed application form
- Application video
- Two essays
- Three letters of recommendation (sent to info@rezvanfoundation.org)
- Official high school transcript
How the award is used and selected
- Scholarship funds are designated for general instructional fees and tuition at the accredited four‑year university the Awardee attends. The exact award amount will vary by institution and is determined by the Rezvan Foundation Board of Directors.
- Applicants with a GPA below 3.5 may still be considered if they can demonstrate significant academic growth. If your cumulative GPA is under 3.5, include a written statement describing the circumstances that affected your grades and how you worked to improve and succeed academically.
