Focus on one challenge and the concrete lessons it taught you; then connect those lessons to business. 2. Confirm the essay is original and written without AI assistance. 3. Complete all application fields (name, email, college info, expected graduation). 4. Submit before July 31, 2026. 5. If selected as a finalist, be ready to provide a photo and enrollment verification and to promote the public voting link. If you want help refining your draft before you submit, bring it to your teacher or counselor for feedback — focus on clarity, concrete examples, and a strong final paragraph that links your experience to your future in business.
