Eligibility

The scholarship is open to U.S. legal residents who are current high school seniors, college students, or graduate students planning to enroll in a two- to five-year post-secondary institution for the Fall 2027 semester. Applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 and be in good academic standing. Employees of Tittle & Perlmuter, their immediate family members (parent, child, sibling, spouse), and household members are ineligible. Proof of status and residency is required as part of the application package.

Eligibility: Current high school seniors, undergraduate, and graduate students who meet residency and GPA requirements; certain employees and relatives are excluded.

• Employees of the sponsoring firm and their immediate/household members are not eligible.

Application Requirements

Applicants must submit a complete application package by the stated deadline to be considered. Required materials include a 500–600 word essay addressing why patient advocacy matters and, if applicable, a description of a poor medical-care experience and its lessons. Applicants must also provide a professional résumé and an academic transcript; first-year or recent transfers may submit an unofficial current transcript plus the most recent official transcript from a previous school, and high school applicants must include proof of college acceptance.
