Overview
- Applications for the 2026 Dushinske & Jamison Water Resources Scholarship are now open. There is a spring 2026 application deadline; winners will be announced in May 2026.
- Four scholarships of $1,500 each will be awarded to students attending a college or university in North Dakota.
- Recipients must attend the Annual North Dakota Water Convention Awards Banquet on December 10, 2026, and present their winning essays (in person or virtually).

- The scholarship endowment was created by the North Dakota Water Education Foundation (NDWEF) with the North Dakota Community Foundation to honor Russ Dushinske and Warren Jamison for their leadership and lifelong commitment to water development in North Dakota.

- Format: two pages, 12-point type, double-spaced.

- Reason(s) for applying for this scholarship
Presentation requirement
- If selected, you will present your essay at the North Dakota Water Convention Awards Banquet on December 10, 2026 (attendance may be virtual if necessary).
