All Trade Services Scholarship — Helping Local Students Build Careers in the Trades
All Trade Services, Inc. is a family-owned company in Mount Shasta, CA, that focuses on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing work. The business is run by three brothers — Jake, Tim, and Morgan Pritchard — who grew up with limited resources and no pathway to higher education. In 2014 Jake started the company from his garage with a single truck and $1,500. A year later he brought his brothers in, and together they’ve grown the business to a team of 23. Having benefited from community support, the Pritchards are committed to giving back by creating real opportunities for local students.
Purpose of the Scholarship
The scholarship exists to fund training for students who want a career in the trades (HVAC, electrical, or plumbing). The brothers want to help students who, like them, may not have had many opportunities after high school. This award is designed to make trade education a practical and reachable option for one Siskiyou County student each year.
Award
- Recipients may receive up to $7,500 to use for trade school or accredited technical training.
Eligibility (summary)
- Resident of Siskiyou County and a graduating high school senior, a current trade student, or a nontraditional student who graduated from a Siskiyou County high school.
- Intends to pursue a career in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing (note: lineman programs do not qualify).
- Plans to enroll full-time in an eligible program at an accredited technical/trade school or community college for the fall semester immediately following the application.
